How data is handled
This policy describes the handling of personal data on the C0/C1/C2 site that delivers computation evidence as Evidence Packs.
This page summarizes what information this site collects, how it is used, and how long it is kept. It is the place to check data handling before you submit a form.
Terms cover the rules for using the site, and Transaction information covers pre-contract conditions. This page covers only how personal data and access data are handled.
Go to Transaction information for pre-contract conditions, Terms for site-use rules, or Consult if you need to talk before sending details.
We use cloud services for form anti‑abuse and operations (e.g., Google reCAPTCHA, Firebase). reCAPTCHA tokens entered in consultation/bid/eligibility forms are sent to Google for verification. Information may be transmitted/processed by these providers as necessary.
We also use Google Analytics 4 for analytics. Information may be sent to Google as needed. (On operational pages requiring login, Firebase UID may be sent as user_id for analytics; email addresses are not sent.)
We do not provide personal data to third parties except as required by law or with consent.
Input information is retained only as long as needed for operations. Case retention/deletion follows the retention policy agreed by contract (strict/standard/audit).
Retention policy assumes separating “work data” and “deliverables (acceptance records)” (details finalized by contract).
We take reasonable security measures but do not guarantee 100% security for internet transmission/storage.
