This page explains pricing logic and opens an estimate for moving one case forward on the Standard Track only when selected. It is not a fixed-price list for C0 / C1 / C2 / Plan / Tier. * The above is an estimate. Final pricing is determined by individual contract (SOW). Current-year Standard Track base pricing follows the pricing calendar and /api/ops/pricing; when unavailable, base-year pricing is shown only as a reference.
The Standard Track proceeds at the normal price range only if you accept organization/use-case disclosure, publication of usage records (usage facts), and anti-exploration conditions. If you cannot accept publication, you cannot use the Standard Track.
If you need anonymity, use the Anonymous Track (Plan 1/2/3).
Current-year Standard Track reference pricing is governed by the pricing calendar and /api/ops/pricing; if unavailable, the simulator switches to a base-year reference or an unavailable state.
Price revision is not just an update. It is an operating rule that makes decisions easier on current-year pricing, capacity, and intake conditions. It does not pre-commit next-year conditions in advance.
We do not offer low‑price × anonymous × unlimited use, because use restrictions and responsibility boundaries would not hold.
We do not provide exploratory repeated runs (parameter sweeps / iterative optimization, etc.). In the current phase, the default is that repeated Standard Track runs on the same issue are treated as normal up to two times within 30 days; a third or later run enters review. Individual contracts may tighten this.
Suspected repeated exploratory use is not handled by immediate automatic termination; SCU decides whether it can continue after notice and an explanation opportunity.
Pricing Philosophy
Responsibility Coefficient
Based on 'to whom is the organization accountable?' From individual researcher (×1.0) to defense/security (×5.0).
Urgency Coefficient
Based on impact of failure. From research/PoC (×1.0) to national security (×4.0).
Granularity Coefficient
Based on output detail level. From rank only (×1.0) to audit submission package (×2.0).
Value Locus
The value is not in the 'formula' but in the 'audit infrastructure (Evidence Pack issuance authority)'. Same formula, different audit value = different price.

- • Use case must be specified in SOW; unauthorized use is a contract violation.
